Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

Experienced executives, typically with 15–20+ years’ experience who are at a career crossroads and want to make well‑judged decisions about what’s next.

What career situations do you support?

Transitions, plateaus, role changes, reinvention, post‑MBA reassessment — and moments where clarity matters more than speed.

Do I need to be job‑hunting already?

No. Many clients work with us before taking any external action. Thinking well comes first.

How is WIP Global different?

We focus on the individual, not the industry. Our coaching combines structured challenge, deep reflection and disciplined execution — not generic advice.

Do you need to understand my industry?

No. Deep sector knowledge is rarely the constraint. Clear thinking, self‑insight and strong positioning are.

What does the coaching involve?

A structured, modular programme that builds from clarity and narrative through to market strategy, interviews, decision‑making and onboarding.

Is this reflective or practical coaching?

Both. Insight without action stalls. Action without clarity misfires. We deliberately integrate the two.

How long does an engagement last?

Typically several months. Senior career decisions deserve time and rigour. However, for specific interview prep then we can condense the coaching in to specific, intense, time-bounded, interventions.

How challenging is the coaching?

Supportive, but not passive. We test assumptions, challenge narratives and hold clients to account.

Is WIP connected to London Business School?

The founders also work at London Business School, but WIP Global is a separate, independent and confidential practice.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. We regularly work with executives across countries, cultures and global careers.

What outcomes should I expect?

Clearer positioning, better decisions, stronger confidence — and career moves made deliberately, not by default.

Am I a good fit?

If you want rigorous thinking and meaningful progress, probably yes. If you want quick fixes, probably not.

How do I start?

Begin with an initial conversation to explore fit and focus.
