We have worked with thousands of experienced executives from different countries, cultures, industries and functions. That breadth has taught us something important: effective career coaching is not about sector expertise or functional shortcuts. At WIP, we do not coach “finance leaders”, “tech executives” or “consultants”. We coach individuals. Titles and industry jargon can obscure more than they reveal, and relying on them often prevents the deeper work that senior career decisions require.
